Fitocracy <3s RunKeeper
Lots of you have been asking for it and it’s finally here. That’s right, Fitocracy now supports RunKeeper! Tracking your cardio on Fitocracy is now amazingly simple if you connect your RunKeeper account. You can use RunKeeper to automatically track activities like running, walking, hiking, cycling, and rowing. [Ed Note: Mucho thanks to Richard who built out this feature like a madman in the span of a few days.]
In order to start using RunKeeper with Fitocracy, visit the SETTINGS page and click on the “Connect to RunKeeper” button:
After you finish your workout using RunKeeper, log it on Fitocracy by going to the workout tracker and selecting the date you did your run. Your workout will magically appear :)
Finding friends on Fitocracy is easier
You can now see and follow users we think you should follow on the home page. We provide recommendations based on whether that person shares similar profile tags with you or has a high reputation on the site. Just click on the Follow button and you’ll automatically see their workouts in your activity feed.
